Chinese New Year Day 1
Damn sian didnt have enough time/motivation to ensure i got myself a new pair of shoes. i like my old sneakers. but a new one won't hurt, especially if it's chinese new year!

Didnt win as many rounds of card games like last year. Playing BLUFF with one deck of Poker Cards is pathetic. Too easy to control the game.

2. Guild Outing [a day to remember]

Kinda regretted that i took my time to post this cos my memories of it seem to be fading away quite fast. i remember that i was super hyped for that day. i got out of home early to visit the place and walk around. i remember it was the first time i had wore the white hoodie/shirt, it came to be one of my favourite shirts. i was walking alone in the crowd, waiting for time to pass. i love doing that, walking aimlessly with my ipod, looking at random things i might own if i had lots of money. things that i really have no use for, things i would just keep and never use.

why do people have so much free time shopping for stuff. it was some time later when jefferson told me he was late. luckily, i can revisit the shops and look at all the games...
the youngest one is on time. he is also the quiet one. quieter than me, how to change this. decided to look for a birthday cake, the cake we never bought -_-ll Nat is late!!! didnt notice when we started to have full strength. time for dinner.

japanese buffet, boring food with fun people eating. i should have ate more but didnt really felt like eating. before that, i didnt even eat lunch, i just felt thirsty. looking at people eating raw food, i wonder how it feels/tastes like, why didnt i try any. i dont know, im not used to the idea of eating raw food. confession : the gyoza was mine =P.

[it look me almost one hour to write this much, much of the time was spent chatting with jefferson.]

what i enjoyed the most was probably the muah chee: yam/green tea/peanut/red bean. the crabstick tasted kinda weird.. o_O i can remember having all the random unfinished food [secretly put them on another table] the squid was the most random one. chicken on stick ftw!! wont be eating that for some time.
all hope was lost when they announced they had ran out of stock of icecream. after much commotion [LOL], we got ourselves 6 glasses of red wine. my first thought : ok.. whos trying? Apple seems kinda excited. YL is like 'i drink before but dont really like it'. Nat was 'smells nice' [smells weird]. Jeff 'why no icecream'. hm.. i guess YX was thinking 'lol these bunch of weird people are drinking. GM cheat me. i gonna get scolded for being home late'
first try - bitter/disgusting/what-the-hell-why-am-i-drinking-this?!!
second try - still tastes disgusting
at least we have someone amongst us [Apple] who seems to be appreciating it. Like the rest, i cant believe i drank finish my cup. bitter to the max (X_X) had to gulp down more plain water to remove that weird taste from my mouth.

actually my initial thought was 'eh after drinking this, feel less sleepy. maybe drink abit more to keep myself awake'. at least i didnt sleep during the [nothing interesting happened] movie, which Apple was sleeping halfway through lol. when i walked out the cinema, was feeling kinda tired actually. After sending YX to the MRT station [hope he didnt get scolded], wanted for YL to eat his cake. but actually i felt sort of sleepy/drowsy/tired/shacked/exhausted and almost blacked out/fainted/collapsed. i dont think it's really the red wine. because the red wine was suppressing the exhaustion, after it wore off i felt the full blast of the exhaustion - legs felt like jelly, vision blurred/lost momentarily. luckily there was a medic nearby and he gave me what seems to be like magic water which made me felt better, and more thirsty. found a spot to rest at burger king. was told i was sleeping with my hood on and mouth opened. hope nobody stomped me!! was feeling much much better after i woke up from my nap/sleep/rest.

thoughts afterwards:
- why was i so tired
- quite stupid to drink red wine. shld have gotten red bull / starbucks coffee

basically thats what happened during the outing. was quite fun actually. except the encounter with red wine =0

3. Days Before & After Christmas [holidays! 22-26]
long awaited leave!! stayed at home play maple. got my Battle Mage to lvl140!! Getting kinda sian of it already..

4. You Mean There Was No Change? [everybody hurts someday]
recently i got a remark from one of my buddies asking me whether someone we both knew had changed. quite a random question.

it then made me think whether NS has changed me one way or another. last week just when to visit Comd office. apparently he wasnt in and one of his employees (also known as SSG Ken in the military) entertained us for a while. can see he's quite a defiant person, in a sense he doesnt blindly follow and will rebel if needed.
the point he brought up was NSFs shouldnt go around shouting ORD Lo!!. unless they have plans after leaving the service. after all, SAF has been taking care/feeding/accommodating you for the past few months, suddenly just leaving might leave you money-less ($_$)
actually when he was talking about all this blah blah a part of me was stoning about how being in NS can make a guy realize that there's more to life than we had initially thought.
quite hard to explain how NS has changed me. maybe when im older it will dawn on me.

Ya actually last Vesak Day I went to walk around Bugis area. Walk walk walk then suddenly saw a somewhat familiar cafe named Chemistry. I think it's the same one my friends and I walked past last year when I lost my pink IC [ORD LO!!] after some [Geog] exam and went to Lavender (quite near Bugis) to get a replacement. Brings back quite alot of stupid memories of PJC..

yay angpao time. ok sorry im not as money-faced as warren. but it feels nice to receive red packets [with the additional money bonus =P]. since i was working, i prepared a $88 red packet for my grandmother who finally accepted after much refusal. i think this year i ate slightly more food this year. hopefully can gain some mass. LOL

Day 1

haha finally got to wear new clothes. especially liked my shoes. BLACK sia!! and best of all, it's cheap XD. then er normal dark-coloured jeans.. and the stupid shirt which i didnt want to buy cos i dun like to wear that kind of shirt and was super ex but mother wanted to pay for it but still i paid for the shirt cos im the one wearing it -.- comfy socks!!

like every year, my family is always the the first to arrive at my ahma hse cos the others need to visit the other side. steamboat lunch is the usual-but-not-boring stuff. can't believe i went to sleep after lunch -.- then woke up a few hrs later when the others came.

wah this year sibei bad luck. like keep losing money sia T.T but nvm lah hor. wad goes ard comes ard. or so i think o_O overall lost like all my coins - $6.30++

this year stayed there quite late, ard 10pm+? but then went home still went online [but not to blog]. feel sibei tired. but this new year family gathering not bad lah.

Day 3 - part 1

probably the most eventful new year day. woke up sibei early cos need to reach woodlands at 9.45am. specifically checked if i rmbed to bring mandarin oranges. reached there abit earlier than expected. who doesnt want to be early? answer - warren.

late ppl dun bring oranges. early ppl brought oranges. so why they late?!! bo bian went cold storage to buy some other orange which isnt mandarin.. obviously jefferson's parents saw thru the act and laughed at the fake oranges.

played cards which i seem to win quite often cos jefferson gave me his 1 or 2 best card(s) and poor jefferson didnt get to win cos of the vicious cycle. didnt really help tat he was kinda new to the game. lol say as if i expert like tat. anyway the only reason warren got to finish his hand was cos he was allowed to put any card after i finished the game. somehow ppl dun like warren to win XP

ate lunch at causeway point and then went to walk abit. why causeway point nvr sell bag sia... i mean the kind i would carry.

Day 3 - part 2

ages since ppl visited my hse during chinese new year. luckily got enough food/drinks/chairs. feels like lots of things happened but then now got nothing to type -.-

just nice it's cousin birthday so went to buy cake!! choc cake yum =)

relatives left at ard 11pm+ and i was feeling damn tired. but it was all worth it. wad thing was worth it? everything!! =D

it's serious bullshit to say one can continuously study for hours and hours.. at least i can't XP these few days is so [insert 4 letter word meaning 'boring']. though i've started clearing all those unfinished/untouched tutorials. the feeling i get tat this is going to be considered as my revision for prelims. in other words, im seriously unprepared for prelims!!

just a random fact, i know of 3 ppl who were born today [my sister, huiyun and sihui]. so qiao. anyway i logged on to facebook just to wish them a happy birthday. =D

more work needs to be done for physics. finishing the graphing tutorial is like torture, took me a whole day and still not yet finished. CHEM - i hvnt start revising for chem! Zzz. geog also, is it unrealistic to aim for a pass in geog? subpass? maybe this time i should actually write something for my global essay, which i hvnt been doing for this year.

i woke up on sunday morning, realising i was very wet. as i looked out my window, i saw rain pouring in through my window onto my bed. so much for waking up naturally. tat was my first time waking up like that -_-lll

anyway this week was tiring like all the other weeks before it, but perhaps less tiring than the weeks to come. saw mdm ong cc early morning with a cup of canteen coffee. she was like slightly sad she didnt have time to buy coffee from outside. the coffee is the canteen is nice? ok la~ then again i nvr drank before one cup of horrible coffee. except the ones i made, which were very diluted or bitter and not sweet enough. i will learn how to make nice coffee!! XD

today i woke up at 4.30am cos today's NATIONAL DAY OBSERVANCE CEREMONY!! (aka national day celebrations Zzz) so i woke up early to go sch and help the juniors set up and stuff, and cos the new technician abit scared la something will go wrong. anyways today's event turn out quite fun. well i had fun. and im not talking about the maths lesson which was quite boring cos i was still finishing the stats worksheet tat was due the day before. chem lesson - can do? why i even bother saying tat. chem lesson was slack like siao. got to know abit more abt teacher's family. best of all, today no GP lesson. XP

might as well mention something about the parade/concert. the parade square in the morning was like so hot!! and even my GP teacher had to take a piece of chui foolscap paper to desperately fan herself, while sharing the song sheet she doesnt even need with another student from S17 -.-

im only here blogging cos i found out tat life is very sian.

esp during these times, when you neither feel like studying for [boring] exams

nor playing [cos gonna fail exams tat you didnt study for!!]

the few days at home and im just playing games on my laptop, when actually i had initially planned to study. at least i still got tml youth day? after a series [of diverging difficulty] of exams, many pioneers find themselves having 3-4 days of holiday/slacking time/stoning time/family time/frens time/last minute revision time/nth-better-to-do-than-blogging/fb-time.

the crystal beasts are a fun archetype to play with [if yr opponent is lousy]

i dun tink this deck can go against the Chaos Control deck or a Beatdown deck XP

my favourite month July has finally come!! ^^

today had a afternoon maths paper

woke up unceremoniously. no, i didnt knock into my wardrobe.

why did i wake up so early? Zzz

paper starts at 2pm and i woke up at 8.30am with lots of slacking time in between

lol rmb it rained last year on the day of maths midyr paper.

so today play safe and brought umbrella

the paper was not as hard as paper1 >> can do

was it a conspiracy by the sch to arrange consecutive buses to arrive at the bus-stop outside school after exam had ended?

before any of the buses came, the bus-stop was so full that people were standing outside.

when the 1st bus came, people started rushing to the door.

then halfway through the boarding, another bus came.

immediately, half the queue went to flag for the 2nd bus.

then came another bus

and another bus

and YET another bus

and came the final bus which me and jefferson board. hm let's see. 20 seats choose 1.

wonder why there's a godly long queue at Old Chang Kee at JP today..

ignore the fact that this post should have been us yesterday.

hm maybe i shall change the time of post..

anyway my alarm didnt go off

how could it go off, i didnt set it to ring at anytime =.=

so i woke in the morning, picked up my phone, guessing tat it's probably early like 2am, only to find out [with much luck], tat it was already 4.55am, 10mins after the supposed time i was supposed to wake up which i didnt cos my alarm was turned on.

as i looked out the window, the breeze of the rain was cooling [lol dangling participle]

drank a small cup of slight-bitter coffee, which i found a liking to after drinking one cup tat my AhMa had made, though this one was more bitter..

note to self: get coffee recipe from AhMa. ^^

Well, i guessed i didnt fall asleep during the trip to school.

unlike the 7-11 outlet tat operates for 2hrs, the Cheers outlet at the MRT station was opened, and i bought an extra can of coffee just in case.

well nobody was really studying for geog. not me at least.

the last half hour and i was flipping through my somewhat clean notes, hoping diffusion took place and reproduce the info during the exam [which, for obvious reasons, didnt happen]

when it was finally the time to start the exam, i slowly flipped opened the question paper, looked at the 1st question on limestone weathering, continued to turn until i reached the last page. in my mind i was thinking, anyhow =.=lll

even though the hydro questions were easy [do i really mean this? skali get lower marks than other parts. lol] the other sections like global were killers. i had no idea wad the global DRQ was on. did i even spot the general trend? once again, i left the 16 marks global essay part (b) blank. i can totally picture ms leong writing "time management is important". i couldnt agree more. i should have done the other questions more slowly, tat way i will allocate lesser time to actually consider wad kind of rubbish had to write for the litho and global questions, which by the way contribute to about 66%

i can only hope tat the hydro part will save me from getting less than 33%

did i get 34% for common test? o_O

no clue to wad has happened to it. but in case you belong to the minute group tat believes it was warren who pulled out the support, i can tell you he didnt.

i should know if he did. i stalk him. LOL JK!! =P

well enough of school, i had somehow-sort-of fun time yesterday.

after accompanying warren and penghau eating lunch at Lot1 food court, and also noticing BH, CB and JL eating lunch there, i traveled back to JE and went to IMM

woah i cant believe both Azmira and Natasya dun noe how to walk to IMM sia. -.-

wonder why she looks fairer than before o_O

should i mention about the toilet incident in IMM? maybe next time, my post is starting to get really long..

the supposed china-sort fan which is actually a Japanese fan i bought at Daiso which is

MADE IN CHINA =.=!!!

cost me $2, just like everything else tat Daiso sells

girls really know how to make a guy wait while they shop for stuff they didnt even actually considered buying.

time taken for me to choose fan: ≤ 5mins

time taken for girls to choose one box: ≈ 45mins

time taken for girls to realise tat the shop doesnt have the size of the size they like: 30mins

time taken for me to walk to the other end of IMM, walk back to store and walk back again to buy icecream and look at random expensive Seiko watches on display in a store: 15mins

the staff "reminded" me not to sleep there.
