okay here is my version of recounting the guild outing on 26th december. this was probably of the few times in the recent months that i had actually intended to go out early and reach there slightly earlier. even though the reporting time for me was 1.30pm at orchard, i actually targeted to reach there by 1pm.
luckily i didnt go with the all-black look cause it was freaking hot when i stepped out of my home!! the circle line route is definitely a more convenient route to the destination [@orchard]
apparently jefferson and i ended up being on the same circle line. since i reached early, might as well go and find a bubble tea outlet. a surprise that there was no gong cha or koi outlet. strange sia.
Seems that even though Jefferson carefully staggered the reporting time for everybody to normalize their actual time of arrival, it didn't actually quite work out as the one who are normally late are surprisingly early this time round and those normally early are surprisingly late :P
The most accomplished example is of course Nat, who was told to report earlier than the rest, but reporting even earlier than the early reporting time, which resulted in her window shopping at Nex for quite some time accompanied by Eugene?
To make things worse, Jefferson was playing hide and seek with her by telling her that he was outside NTUC at 3rd floor but secretly running down to 2nd floor which had totally nothing to do with me. After kena caught by Nat, she went on rage and was attacking Jefferson from all directions while I was just laughing almost all the way.
Apparently the destination allowed people to bring in outside food and drinks. I bought ShareTea which I did not share, Zack bought Starbucks and Jefferson bought bread from the place warren didn't like as it exuded a strong smell.
Even after buying food and drinks, there were still some time before 2 mysterious guests arrive. After going on the wrong direction, ZY reached the meeting place and on the correct way out we picked him up.
Having no idea where to go, one shouldn't be walking in front. Becos if I did that, I would be slowing down my pace on a bus stop as I would have thought we were going take a bus to the place. Turns out we just had to walk a little bit more before reaching the place. First thoughts on the place was : wah why so ulu one. We didn't even take the front door but took the back door from some bao stall oO.
Well the room seems cosy enough with the seats fully occupied after Yi Liang reached Nex (@orchard) and joined us.
Much like the last time, most of the songs by Yi Liang were rather sad love stories. Nat / Jefferson were playing their clubbing songs. And myself didnt really choose any specific songs but would have gone with pop rock songs. in any other case, somehow we didnt really repeat any songs from the previous karaoke session (excluding chinese songs) and lets just say some songs were quite nice~

somehow i think this is Jefferson's favourite song from All Time Low. though i prefer their other songs which are more rock.

anyway i enjoyed the movie, some would say it's not as nice as Life of Pi and i would whack the some who say tat. Life of Pi was boring like hell lol.
to get into the spirit of the movie, i downloaded the game off itunes lol. seems rather nice ^^
